By booking or receiving services from Eric’s Detailing Services LLC, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms establish a clear, professional agreement and protect both parties.
Eric’s Detailing Services LLC provides professional mobile detailing, vehicle appearance services, maintenance detailing, ceramic protection, and concierge vehicle care services.
All services are cosmetic and preventative in nature. We do not perform mechanical or structural repairs unless explicitly coordinated through third-party vendors for concierge clients.
Eric’s Detailing Services LLC is fully licensed and insured. Proof of insurance may be provided upon request.
The Client is responsible for ensuring:
If a vehicle is inaccessible or conditions are unsafe, the Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment. Missed or inaccessible appointments may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
All pricing is based on:
Quotes are estimates, not guarantees. If the vehicle condition differs from what was disclosed at booking, pricing may be adjusted and will be communicated before continuing service.
Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the service.

If payment is not received at the completion of service:
Client agrees to be responsible for all reasonable collection costs incurred.
By booking services, the Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals after services have been rendered.
Any concerns regarding service quality must be addressed directly with the Company within 24 hours of service completion. Chargebacks for completed services may be disputed with supporting documentation.

Mobile detailing is weather dependent. Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions at the Company’s discretion.
The Client grants Eric’s Detailing Services LLC permission to capture photos and videos of the vehicle before, during, and after service.

For concierge clients, Eric’s Detailing Services LLC may coordinate transportation, repairs, or outsourcing through third-party vendors.
The Company acts solely as a coordinator and is not responsible for third-party workmanship, pricing, delays, or outcomes unless otherwise stated in writing.

By booking, scheduling, or receiving services from Eric’s Detailing Services LLC, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
By booking, client agrees that payment is due at service completion. Unpaid balances after 48 hours are subject to daily late fees. No chargebacks. Services are cosmetic; pre-existing damage is not the responsibility of Eric’s Detailing Services LLC.

At Eric’s Detailing Services LLC, we are committed to delivering professional, high-quality vehicle care. Because our services are labor-based and completed on-site, the following refund policy applies.
Eric’s Detailing Services LLC provides professional detailing and concierge vehicle care services. As these services are completed at the time of appointment, they are non-returnable.
Once a service has been performed, it cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.
All sales are considered final upon completion of service.
